If you are prescribed to take classes in this area, you will be required to start your nutritional journey with two courses: Brain Healthy Eating and Label Reading. These courses are designed to provide you with foundational food literacy skills. From there, other classes will build on the culinary skills you already have, and show you new ways of cooking. All our classes accommodate the nutritional, dietary, medical, cultural, and religious requirements and needs of members.
