Membership

Welcome to the Kimel Family Centre for Brain Health & Wellness – a place where you can have fun while prioritizing your brain health. By becoming a member, you will be enrolled in a cutting-edge research study on reducing dementia risk. Join today for our low introductory membership amount of $25/month plus tax for 12 months.

Programs

Our team of experts will provide participants a personalized programming strategy based on a detailed dementia risk assessment. This will tell you if you should focus on physical activity, brain-health nutrition, cognitive engagement, mental well being, and/or social connections in the programs you choose to enroll in. The best part – you’ll have a great time!
